Snow Day Information:
There will always be staff here for the dogs. TDC is staffed 24/7, and management is always on call to be there if any team member can’t make it in.
No power? Not us! We have a backup generator to ensure our main resources remain running (lights, heat, fridge, freezer, etc).
If you are unable to pick up your dog, they can stay wth us for the night! We have food (raw, kibble and canned) and extra beds to keep them cozy.
In extreme or unexpected storms, cancellation fees are waived. We don’t want you on the roads when they’re not fit to be on!

In order to continue the great care of your dogs, maintain and improve our facility and continue to support our staff for their hard work, there will be a boarding price adjustment as of January 1, 2024. Thank you for your understanding and continuing to support TDC as we put our whole hearts into caring for your beloved family members.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective January 1st, 2023
Services cancelled within 24 hours of 1pm of the date of service are subject to a cancellation fee. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
The cancellation fee will equal the cost of one full day of the service reserved. Daycare is a full day charge.
NOT ACCEPTING NEW SPECIALIZED GROUP CLIENTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!
Due to high demand and limited spaces, we have made the decision to close our specialized group option for new clients.
What does this mean? This means any new dogs using our services, must be comfortable in our main play group in order to attend our facility.
We will re-evaluate this decision in the future once more spaces become available.
