• Staying less than 5 nights? Although it won’t be complimentary, you can request a pampering bath and towel dry appointment to send your pup home fresh and sparkling clean! Subject to availability.

First time booking with us, or haven’t visited in a while?

Before confirming any future reservations, all new dogs are required to join us for a complimentary introduction day of daycare. The introduction day gives us the paw-fect opportunity to get to know your pup, and for them to get to know us! On the introduction day, we will spend plenty of one-on-one time with your dog, helping them to settle in, and ensuring they feel comfortable with our staff and surroundings. We will slowly introduce your dog, at their pace, to the other dogs at our facility.

Introduction days can book up 1-2 weeks in advance, and take place Monday through Wednesday each week.

Important: If your pup has not visited us in more than 6 months, your dog is required to visit for a re-introductory day of daycare prior to confirming any future services. This is to ensure your pup is still comfortable at our facility and with our staff. Please reach out to us via email to book your dog’s re-introduction day!
