• Multi-dog prices only apply to dogs of the same household.

• Specialized Playgroup pricing is an additional $5+tax on all daycare and boarding services. The Small & Sweet/Empowered Pups programs follow Specialized Playgroup pricing.

• Packages may only be used towards daycare services.

• Packages are non-refundable and expire in one year after purchase.

Cancellation Fees

Daycare, boarding and grooming services cancelled within 24 hours of 1pm of the date of service are subject to a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee is equal to the cost of one full day of the service reserved. There are no exceptions.
